You’ll be working directly with the business owner during a pivotal growth phase, helping to streamline operations and build their digital presence as they expand internationally.


Job Overview

This is a unique hybrid role that combines digital marketing expertise with admin assistant support, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, growing business environment. You’ll have the opportunity to transform and optimize their current social media systems while supporting the business owner with administrative tasks that directly impact their European expansion. This role offers the perfect blend of creative content work, strategic digital marketing, and executive support, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on a business that’s scaling rapidly across multiple markets.


Responsibilities
  • Create and manage engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
  • Edit TikTok videos and adapt content strategically across multiple social platforms
  • Implement SEO optimization strategies to enhance digital visibility
  • Provide executive assistant support and help optimize time management systems
  • Work with the company’s Nexus CRM database to manage customer relationships
  • Support the international equipment sales division targeting European markets
  • Handle general administrative tasks that support business growth
  • Transform current manual social media processes into efficient, scalable systems
  • Assist with managing inquiries from multiple European countries


Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and SEO implementation
  • Background in personal/admin assistant or executive administrative support
  • Strong skills in social media content creation and video editing
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, willing attitude
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication
  • Familiarity with cross-platform social media management and content adaptation
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Interest in working with an internationally expanding business
