Senior Sales Director, Cash Business Development SG

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new and manage portfolio of high deposits/revenue corporate customers, driving deposit growth and revenue performance
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve key business targets
• Cross selling of Treasury, Transaction Banking Cash and Trade solutions & Treasury services such as Foreign Exchange (FX) and Structured Deposits etc. 
• Display knowledge in Trade Finance products
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business acquisitions and expand opportunities.
• Improve client’s product holdings
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, ensuring smooth onboarding, due diligence, and KYC compliance.
• Prompt and concise reply on Compliance related Request for Information 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills and business acumen, with a proven ability to meet targets..
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented individual.
