* Identify and target new business opportunities in the events and marketing sectors.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
* Lead the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
* Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are met and exceed expectations.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of services.
* Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.


Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the events or marketing agency industries.
* Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
* Strong understanding of the events industry, including corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and social celebrations.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and its business culture.
* Preferred working Experience in Riyadh or the KSA market.
