We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
In-Home Caregiver - Every Other Weekend We are seeking a compassionate, reliable individual to provide in-home caregiving support for a female member who is non-ambulatory. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and eager to learn. Location: Johnson Creek, WI Pay:• $16.32 per hour Schedule:• Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)• 1 hour in the morning (Start time 7AM-8AM)• 1 hour in the evening (Start time 8PM-9PM) About the Role:• Assist with morning and evening routines• Support includes personal cares, repositioning, transfers, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance• Use of a Hoyer lift and wheelchair for transfers (training provided) No experience necessary - full training will be provided. The most important requirement is a willingness to learn and a commitment to supporting the member with dignity and respect. What We're Looking For:• Dependable and trustworthy• Compassionate and respectful• Willingness to learn and follow training• Ability to commit to the schedule consistently Qualifications: • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Criminal/Caregiver background check.
