1. Operational Administration Control of store’s operation Monitor our system with Share, Concur, My Store control… Check BK receipt or other doc required Keep filing of all record in a structured way for further analysis and process, handle and maintain all types of confidential information. Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the Store manager’s records and files.
2. Implement group policy and HC store procedure in daily operation Understand, abide by and enforce all operational policies and procedures as outlined by Internal control Ensure that all policies and procedures are kept current and organized and shared with all members of the staff Compliance Prepare and supervise all audit.
3. Store operation with: Property Management: Housekeeping, security Ensure organization of all back-office areas, stockrooms, maintenance rooms, alterations areas, rest rooms, rest rooms and hold areas.
4. Support big event’s operation and general administration
Vendor and Maintenance Management Set up objectives, arbitrates, anticipates and evaluates the necessary means (human, financial, material), supports their implementation and ensures a responsible control guaranteeing sustainable performance Manage the suppliers, including Property Management (Security, Cleaning), Florist, Delivery, etc. Maintenance of store décor, lighting, electrical, utilities Ensure maintenance of all store equipment including office, computer, Hpad, register, alteration, and communication systems. Maintain accurate records of repair and maintenance work

Project Management Lead some new projects implementation such as “smart ops”, “O2O”, etc. Collaborate with Loss Prevention in all areas of risk management.
Miscellaneous Reporting line might evolve according to the organization All responsibilities above will require: Efficient response to store requirements Ability to identify problems and offer effective solutions Demonstrate active listening and proper attitude on communications
Requirements & Capabilities: University degree or above At least 5 years well-traced working experience in retail operation field Good organization and logical planning skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Efficient execution and good adaptability to changes Self-driven, can work under pressure Multitasking can meet deadlines Good oral and written English Office software application (word, excel, PPT)
