Job Summary

We are looking for a new Senior IBAR Projects Team Lead employee to be based in the UK.

What a typical day looks like:

  • You will handle the day to day management of the IBAR projects team;
  • You will identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities where appropriate;
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with the clients, colleagues and any other associated third party;
  • Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards within the team;
  • Minimize our exposure and risk on projects;
  • Promote, develop and extend any business of the company and at all times and in all respects;
  • conform to and comply with the proper and reasonable directions and regulations of the company;
  • Liaise with the IBAR production and planning teams across all projects, including prioritising of production;
  • Directly support individual project managers with specific issues;
  • Develop and advance Interdepartmental processes;
  • Provide weekly input to the financial, operational and project portfolio meetings;
  • Conduct weekly review with the IBAR projects team;
  • Provide feedback to upper management on IBAR issues and challenges;
  • Liaise with Sales on future projects;
  • Report to the Head of Projects, UK;
  • Motivating and organising staff and identify training needs for both new and existing staff

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Extensive Project Management experience gained in IBAR sector
  • Good knowledge of IBAR sector
  • Ability to organise workload and use initiative
  • Confident under pressure and able to handle multifaceted objectives (conflicting priorities, challenging deadlines, demanding workload)
  •  High level of organisation
  • Efficient with thorough methods of working
  • Ensure you are always working and acting in a professional manner
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
