  • Job Title: FCAS Delivery Project Control Integration Lead (GCAP)
  • Location:  Warton – 3 days working in the office
  • Salary: £54,793 + Dependent upon skills and experience

What You’Ll Be Doing:

  • Drive the project control data management approach across FCAS delivery in support of GCAP Performance Leads, Procurement and Manufacturing), through collation of IMT data in to synthesised dashboards.
  • Generating and ratifying resource demand across the FCAS Delivery Project management in support of the GCAP and wider Programmes, ensuring appropriate resource levelling and embedding supply solution intel into project planning.
  • Monthly cost reporting against baseline and previously forecast positions, ensuring data integrity of actual costs, impact assessment of cost performance is understood, and estimates to complete are robust.
  • Creation and maintenance of monthly project reporting pack on behalf of the GCAP Performance Leads, ensuring quality narrative is provided to enable project decision making.
  • Team Leadership including tasking and prioritisation, escalation of issues, performance management, development and training.
  • Project control leadership across FCAS Delivery contracts.

Your Skills And Experiences:

Essential:

  • APM PMQ qualified or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in the practice of Project Management & Control tools & techniques.
  • Extensive Project Management Experience.
  • Experience of project control data management, synthesising data from multiple sources and presenting into senior leaders

The Fcas Team:

As FCAS Project Control Lead you will be responsible for providing an end to end Project Control service to the on behalf of FCAS Delivery, ensuring the health of the project is understood and communicated to all key stakeholders to allow effective delivery of the contract.

The FCAS Programme is complex, involving liaising with, and influencing stakeholders across the Air Sector as well as external supply chain, and national and international partners.

You will be expected to lead your team, following the key principles of project control to ensure appropriate adherence to governance and assurance. Working with the Programme Integration Manager, promoting innovative and creative thinking, solving problems and influencing the maturing project control ways of working of the future within FCAS.
