Job Description

  • Trading Incidents Team Lead​
  • The position Trading Incidents Team Lead will be responsible for providing 24/7 support to all of Entain’s Trading teams around the world. They will need to ensure all tasks are being completed in a timely manner and provide quarterly performance feedback to the Analysts within the team. ​
  • Trading Incidents Team Lead is reporting directly to the Trading Incidents Manager​
  • . Document and implement training plans and materials. ​
  • . Build relationships with senior stakeholders within the Trading department. ​
  • Own issues on behalf of the Trading Department. Carrying out the initial investigation using multiple tools and resources. Determine if the correct Trading process was followed and identify any errors made by Third Party data feed providers. ​
  • . Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring the priority is clear.​
  • . Determine and document the impact and scale of all incidents raised.​
  • . Ensure the Head of Trading Incidents and Escalations is aware of all key issues and major incidents.​
  • . Check/chase trading incident tickets daily to ensure the investigation work is progressing.​
  • Communicate issues, workarounds and downtimes to all relevant stakeholders and manage their expectations accordingly.​
  • Represent Trading Incidents in meetings.​
  • Have a mentoring group of Analysts to support and help develop​

Qualifications

  • Degree level education would be preferable but is not a pre-requisite 
  • Solid ability in escalating issues in a concise and quick manner. 
  • Strong communication skills (Verbal, written and presentation)  
  • Ability to summarise complex data in a succinct and easy to understand manner 
  • Highly motivated and organised 
  • Ability to undertake complex tasks quickly and thoroughly 
  • At least 1 years experience working in Trading Incidents and Escalations or other Entain Trading teams.
