Job Description

Your Contribution To Something Big:

• Research, design, and develop machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning) and deep learning architectures to solve complex business problems.
• Build end-to-end data pipelines, including data collection, preprocessing, and model deployment.
• Implement mathematical and statistical techniques (e.g., linear regression, logistic regression, time series analysis, gradient-boosting) efficiently and accurately.
• Keep up to date with the latest ML/DL research, frameworks, and tools, incorporating relevant advancements into existing workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Perform error analysis and refinements of models to ensure the highest possible performance and reliability.
• Document processes, architectures, and best practices to maintain clarity and continuity across teams.

Qualifications

What Distinguishes You:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
• Strong foundation in mathematical concepts including linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
• Proven experience in building and deploying ML models (regression, classification, clustering, etc.) and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers, etc.).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in ML/DL (e.g., Python, R, C++); experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), testing, continuous integration, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML model deployment and data storage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand complex domains and produce innovative, high-impact solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
