As a Customer Service Advisor at Capita, you'll join a team dedicated to supporting our clients. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive, top-notch customer service, handling phone and email enquiries, and promoting products and offers based on customer needs.

Your Responsibilities:
- Customer support through various channels (incoming calls and messages)
- Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries
- Providing information related to administrative and technical aspects (products, invoices, etc.)
- Implementing changes to the system
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer service
- Selling and promoting products during customer conversations
- Italian language skills at a minimum level of C1
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment after the onboarding period in Krakow
- Willingness to work in a 5-day, 40-hour shift system, Monday through Sunday (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
