What you will be expected to do:
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic, who has a keen interest in Talent Acquisition as well as an interest in Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- The recruitment of specific profiles;
- Establishing relationships with Line Management and defining and validating the job content and the expected candidate's profile
- Managing the complete selection process: CV screening, interviewing and processing
- Preparation and drafting of job offers to send to the selected candidates
- Extracting weekly and monthly recruiting reporting to discuss with line managers and to submit to management as needed
- Making recommendations in order to optimize the process and reduce the recruitment lead time
- Participating in career fairs that take place both in person as well as online
- On-boarding new recruits and being a point of contact throughout the recruitment process;
- Drafting of employment agreements, addenda & other employment related letters with the support of HR managers & Legal professionals.
- As a team player, you will work closely with other members of the Recruitment Team as well as other members of the Human Resources Team.
Let's talk about you
- You have a university degree or equal via experience and minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- You have knowledgeof selection methods (e.g. competence based interview, assessments).
- You have experience using Linkedin Recruiter, managing & taking ownership of an ATS, and other recruitment strategies.
- You are extremely comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office packages
- You demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills
- You have an open, assertive and diplomatic personality and you are able to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization
- You are flexible, like to act pro-actively and have the ability to work in a changing environment
- Experience in professional services is an asset.
