We are seeking Junior Developers in Thessaloniki to join our dynamic team. You’ll build a strong foundation in PLM functionalities, constraints, and implementation areas, and learn how to audit and optimize PLM processes effectively. Working on real projects for European and global clients, you’ll play a role in aligning technology with business processes to create seamless solutions.

Through this short-term contract, you’ll gain valuable insights into the key components of the PTC Windchill PLM system, using cutting-edge tools and innovative approaches.

What We're Looking For

If you’re a Junior Developer, Computer Science or Engineering graduate, with a passion for learning and problem-solving, you may be the perfect fit for this role.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in Greek and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Database Knowledge: Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and queries.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and strong problem-solving abilities in software development.
• Programming: Familiarity with object-oriented programming (Java preferred).
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, while also working independently when needed.
• Growth Mindset: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement throughout the course.
