Mission
As part of the development of our operations activities, we are looking for three Technical asset managers to join our team : two permanent positions (CDI) open for France or International scope and one fixed-term contract (CDD) position for France.
At Amarenco, an independent photovoltaic energy producer committed to a regenerative approach, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance and sustainability of our solar plants. Working closely with the technical, financial, and management control teams, you will oversee the operational, contractual, and financial management of a portfolio of assets in production.
The positions can be based in Toulouse or Lagrave (81), Lyon, Paris, Cork, or Madrid.
- Manage a portfolio of operating plants, including daily monitoring of production and plant performance.
- Monitor energy production, solar plant yields, and produce periodic performance reports.
- Manage contracts with internal and external stakeholders of the SPVs under management.
- Control technical expenditures related to operations (OPEX), including budgeting and monitoring of ongoing expenses in coordination with the management control team.
- Identify signs of underperformance within the asset portfolio and implement corrective actions in collaboration with technical teams (monitoring, O&M technicians) to resolve performance issues.
- Ensure that operating plants comply with local, national, and international energy and environmental regulations.Collaborate with owners, operators, regulatory authorities, and partners to achieve performance and profitability objectives.
Profile
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Engineering or Electrical Engineering and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the maintenance or operation of renewable energy assets, with a preference for photovoltaic solar.
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a high degree of autonomy in managing your responsibilities. Proactive and solution-oriented, you are able to identify underperforming assets and implement the necessary corrective actions. With excellent interpersonal and contractual skills, you communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
You are proficient in project management and possess solid knowledge of renewable energy, particularly in photovoltaic solar, storage, and agrivoltaics.
Comfortable with data analysis and performance-based decision-making, you are fluent in English and/or Spanish, depending on your area of responsibility.
