About the Role
As part of the Malaysia TikTok Shop Category & Merchant Strategy team, you will join the ShopTab User Operations function. This team focuses on driving user awareness, accelerating traffic growth, improving user conversion, and managing ShopTab resources effectively. You’ll play a key role in shaping user engagement and supporting the overall growth of TikTok Shop in Malaysia.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategy operations and budget management of the Malaysia Marketplace Flash Sale channel, building a comprehensive data system, and leveraging the “user–product–scenario” model to achieve GMV and other key targets.
- Conduct strategic analysis and provide guidance on key initiatives, deliver actionable solutions for business execution, and support the rollout of major projects.
- Drive cross-team collaboration and establish sound operating mechanisms, working closely with business, campaign, product, and algorithm teams; flexibly adjust strategies in complex environments with real-time validation and continuous optimization
