About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to support the HR Manager while also assisting with smooth office operations. If you’re passionate about HR and love keeping an office running like clockwork, this is the role for you! You’ll be the right hand of the HR Manager, handling core HR tasks and supporting the team in creating a positive, efficient, and people-focused workplace. You’ll also assist with office administration to ensure day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
Key duties & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
🎯 Talent Management
- Support in attracting and onboarding top talent trough effective job postings, candidate screenng, and a smooth interiew experience.
- Contribute to effective onboarding and orientation experiences, promoting a positive and engaging start.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
🌱 Employee Development & Performance
- Assist in training coordination and learning & development activities.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisal tracking and documentation.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in data entry and submissions to ERGANI in compliance with Greek labor regulations.
- Assist with employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.
🤝 Employee Relations & Culture
- Support with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR projects.
⚖️ Legal Compliance & Administration
- Assist in preparing HR reports, policies, and compliance documentation.
- Assist the Office Administrator with daily office tasks, when needed.
Requirements
What You Bring
We are looking for a seasoned professional who aligns with our values and demonstrates the following qualifications and competencies:
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative functions, preferably in a dynamic office environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional Certification: HR-related certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or similar are advantageous but not required.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with ATS and HRIS systems such as Workable, BambooHR, or similar is a plus.
- Expertise: Solid understanding of HR processes, employment law, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Ability to maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting with accuracy and insight.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ERGANI, SEPENET, and e-EFKA.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken, for internal communications and coordination with colleagues.

- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with the HR Manager, Office Administrator, and wider team.
