Job Summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is looking for a Social Creative Production Manager based in New York for our growing Marketing team. 

You’ll be the engine behind our social content output across our various social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. These channels are a critical landscape for reaching sports superfans of all kinds, and you will be responsible for developing a steady drip of “internet candy” that resonates with them. From concept development to final delivery, you'll partner closely with our Social Media Creative team to own the end-to-end execution of daily social media content. You’re a hustler that embodies a solutions-oriented approach to the work you produce. You’re resourceful and collaborative and have a plethora of ideas on how to bring to life social content under tight timelines. You know how to work with budgets both large and small and are always willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your creativity, passion for sports, and digital marketing skills to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. This role will report into the Director, Social Creative and is Hybrid out of our NYC office.

You’ll manage the budget and timeline—keeping everyone organized throughout the process. 

What You’Ll Do

• Produce, edit, and deliver social-forward visuals (static, motion, video) optimized for performance.
• Coordinate shoots, coordinate props, wardrobe, hmu, travel (as necessary).
• Manage external agency partners and production vendors (when applicable). 
• Collaborate on ideation sessions and brainstorm fresh, bold ideas and content formats across platforms.
• Manage the budget and content production schedules across multiple campaigns and content franchises, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain quality control and brand consistency across all assets.
• Stay on top of platform trends, creative tools, and emerging formats.
• Help define playbooks, templates, and scalable processes for social content at scale.
• Occasionally support live activations or shoots as needed.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years producing creative content specifically for social media (brand, agency, publisher, league, or team).
• Strong portfolio showing social-first creative work (static, motion, video).
• Possess a deep network of Photographers, Videographers, Motion Designers, Animators, Illustrators, etc.
• Understanding of social platform best practices, algorithmic nuances, social specs, and performance metrics.
• Experience using creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, TikTok Studio, etc.
• Excellent project management skills. Able to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• An excellent collaborator who can build trust and relationships within large organizations. Can clearly articulate creative rationale, direction, and feedback.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control instincts. 
• Highly creative, proactive, and adaptable energy, with the ability to navigate through ambiguity to push for new, innovative solutions
• A voracious social media consumer that is aware of the latest trends and excited to take advantage of them in brand content.
• Passion for sports, entertainment, and gaming. 
• Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various events, offsite and team meetings.

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $107,500 - $133,750 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
