The Role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager with a strong mandate who can bring the UK market to the next level of expansion. You will play a significant part in boosting our current operations in UK by developing a modern and effective campaign calendar inclusive of end-to-end digital channel strategies and operations in the UK market. You will build strategic partnerships and work with the rest of the HQ team in Stockholm, Sweden facilitating an e-com omnichannel approach. 

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is equally operational and strategic, able to fluidly navigate the sales and marketing of a strong e-com omnichannel brand, and who has an innate appreciation for consumers, consumer behaviour and the ability to build a brand across a relatively new and highly regulated market. 

Core Responsibilities Include:

Defining and implementing an ecommerce campaign calendar and digital channel strategy for growing the customer base and overall business.

  • Full mandate for website performance in the UK
  • Planning and executing website activities in close cooperation with HQ’s central teams
  • Collaborating with various HQ’s departments (e.g., accounting, legal, marketing, logistics, payments, reporting, customer service, product & technology) in securing an efficient operation and a high customer/consumer service level
  • Continuously reporting progress against set targets (ie, traffic, conversion, orders, AOV, etc)
  • Continuously analysing website performance data, e.g., customer feedback, marketing ROI, conversion rate, site abandonment, etc

  • Our ideal candidate will be a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is an excellent project manager and above all a doer. 


Successful candidates also meets the following requirements:

  • Solid experience of leading omnichannel and pureplay ecommerce websites in the UK.
  • Proven knowledge of the UK e-commerce environment and consumer preferences
  • Educational background within economy, business management, digital, engineering or similar
  • Experience of being responsible for conversion optimisation, customer acquisition, retention and drive revenue
  • Experience with P&L responsibility
  • Proven responsibility of hands-on operations of online business, incl. demonstrable skills in modern omnichannel demand creation
  • Strong business management experience (sales concepts, budgeting, leading, organization, controlling)
  • Fluency in English
  • E-tailer network a big plus
