Senior Specialist – Digital Innovation

Works on multiple Digital Innovation projects from initiation to completion.  

Communicate with Digital/BIM and Project stakeholders, including IT managers.  

Use of interactive technology and collaboration tools to translate design, produce 

training and develop UX experiences.  

Interact with users to understand business processes and gather user requirements 

comprehensively.  

Drafting/reviewing systems specifications, adhering to functional requirements.  

Conducting comprehensive systems testing to ensure bug-free programs.  

Liaising and communicating the agreed requirements to outsourcers.  

Prepare Digital project specific Technical Requirement Specs.  

Perform Coding / Testing / Implementation.  

Prepare and/or review Approved Test Plan/ Test Specs Perform Quality Review for 

Implementations.  

Prepare Training Material and conduct User training.  

Resolve rollout issues, providing swift resolutions to problems.  

Manage the development of the software developed by a software partner.  

Resolve Interface issues between the different used Platforms, Support in ensuring 

reliability and maintainability of an enterprise software solution.  

Explore innovative technologies and evaluate their relevance.  

Conceptualize the usage of modern technology and adapt to enhance its product 

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, MEP, Civil Engineering, or Diploma and 5+ years of 
• AEC experience/background in BIM modeling.  
• Knowledge of BIM best practices.  
• Proven Expert level proficiency with Dynamo/Grasshopper scripting tools and Python 
• programming language.  
• Mandatory proficiency on Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks 
• and Rhino (Autodesk Civil 3D would be of advantage).  
• Mandatory proficiency with Common Data Environments (e.g., Autodesk BIM360, 
• Bentley ProjectWise, etc.).  
• Mandatory proficiency and expertise on Autodesk Forge.  
• Good understanding of UX methods and when to apply them effectively.  
• Experience in Point Cloud, UAV LiDAR and UAV imagery is highly desirable.  
• Familiar with various project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS 
• Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Project).  
• Clean-Code oriented.  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a customer and 
• solution-oriented mindset  
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft technologies and how the company/clients can 
• derive value from their Microsoft investment  
• Good understanding of functional and process design and requirements plus ability 
• to translate business / functional requirements into technical solutions  
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies.  
• Attention to detail and Excellent communication skills with ability to report in a 
• structured manner.  
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
