Onboarding Team Leader-Video KYC  -Digital Banking Kotak 811-Regional Sales

The Onboarding Team Leader will play a crucial role in Kotak Mahindra Bank's Digital Banking division, specifically within the Kotak 811 team. This role is responsible for overseeing the Video KYC process, a critical step in the customer onboarding journey. The leader will guide and motivate a team of officers, ensuring a seamless and secure digital onboarding experience for new customers.

Manage and lead a team of 10-15 Video KYC officers, providing guidance and support.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and security protocols during the onboarding process.

Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

Train and develop team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline the onboarding journey, reducing friction and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions, maintaining a high level of customer service.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital onboarding, implementing innovative solutions.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Maintain accurate records and generate reports on team performance and customer onboarding metrics.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a banking or fintech environment.

Strong knowledge of digital banking processes, with a focus on Video KYC and customer onboarding.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.
