Key Responsibilities
Area Responsibilities
Collections & Flow Management
• Monitor and manage outstanding accounts in buckets 1 to 3 (LT)
• Track “flow” from current to delinquent buckets; ensure roll rates are within target
• Drive collection resolution, reducing delinquency and preventing slippages
• Ensure proper segmentation and prioritization of accounts for collection efforts Team & Stakeholder Management • Lead and manage a team of collection executives / field agents / agencies
• Allocate accounts, set targets, monitor performance
• Coordinate with sales, credit, operations, legal, field staff & vendors
• Liaison with dealer network where relevant for early recovery support Remedial & Recovery Actions • Undertake early remedial actions – follow‑ups, restructuring, settlement offers
• Oversee asset verification, repossession, legal notice, court referrals as needed
• Coordinate with legal / external agencies for escalated cases
• Ensure adherence to SARFAESI, Section 9 or relevant recovery laws / guidelines Reporting, Analytics & Controls • Generate daily / weekly / monthly MIS and dashboards (flow, resolution, roll‑rates, delinquency trends)
• Perform root cause analysis of delinquency / nonperforming accounts
• Suggest process improvements, system enhancements, automation
• Monitor and enforce adherence to SLAs, audit findings, compliance & internal controls Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control • Prepare collection budgets, forecasts, and expense plans
• Monitor collection cost, commission / vendor payouts
• Ensure the NPA / credit cost remains within approved budget
• Identify cost‑efficient strategies to improve yields Customer Experience & Compliance • Ensure customer interactions are compliant with regulatory norms
• Resolve customer grievances / disputes within defined TATs
• Maintain documentation, audit trails, control checks
• Ensure compliance to internal policies, audit stipulations, regulatory guidelines (e.g. RBI, NBFC, etc.) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications & Experience Required Preferred Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Finance / Management or equivalent) MBA / PG in Finance / Risk Typically 4–8 years of experience in collections or recovery in Auto / Motor Finance / NBFC / BFSI Experience in handling early delinquency (buckets 1‑3) in large portfolio Strong understanding of collection techniques, portfolio segmentation, recovery processes Exposure to legal / repossession / asset verification / litigation Good analytical, reporting & MIS skills (Excel, dashboards) Familiarity with collections software / CRM / analytics tools Leadership & team management skills Experience dealing with agencies / vendors / external collection firms Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management Knowledge of relevant laws / regulations (e.g. SARFAESI, Debt Recovery) Ability to work in field, travel when required Prior exposure in motor finance / auto loan domainManager - DSMG - Motor Finance - Collections - Flows - Bkt 1 to 3 (LT) - Ajmer - Anindya Shiva - (M1-M3)
