F&B Attendant (German Speaking) - InterContinental Abu Dhabi

As a Food & Beverage Attendant (German Speaking), you’ll be the warm and welcoming face for our German-speaking guests. With your strong communication skills in both German and English, you’ll help create a seamless and personalized dining experience that reflects the InterContinental standard of excellence.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

• Greet and interact with guests in a professional, friendly manner in both German and English.
• Guide guests through the menu, explain dishes, and offer recommendations.
• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout the service.
• Handle guest feedback and special requests with care and confidence.
• Support the team in preparing the outlet for service, including setup and closing duties.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Ensure all billing and payment processes are handled professionally.
• Act as a cultural ambassador for German-speaking guests, helping them feel at home.

What We Need From You:

• Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a luxury or high-volume environment.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Passion for hospitality and a proactive, guest-first approach.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support across outlets.
