At PwC, our people in people strategy focus on developing and implementing long-term strategies to align the organisation's human capital with its overall business objectives. This involves analysing workforce trends, applying the latest HR strategy, long-term workforce planning and improving overall employee experience.Those in talent and development strategy at PwC will focus on identifying and developing talent to enable the Firm's strategy. Informed by market developments and people data, including strategic workforce plans, you will develop strategies to enhance employee skills, knowledge and experience. You will play a critical role in identifying and responding to the skills gaps within the Firm's current and future workforce as well as working with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth that supports the attraction, retention and development of talent.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute Swiss Leadership, Culture & Development priorities in line with business needs and our people strategy, focusing on Skills Development, AI Upskilling, Leadership Development, Talent and Performance Management, Inclusion & Diversity, and Well-being.
- Support strategic business partners, leaders, and employees in developing key skills and mindsets for sustainable organizational impact.
- Implement key projects aligned with both Swiss business strategies and the Global and European network initiatives.
- Identify trends and opportunities to enhance our people experience.
- Coach, upskill, and lead the Leadership, Culture and Development team.
- Actively participate in the HC Leadership team and contribute to alignment projects within PwC Europe and Global, maintaining international cooperation.
Your Skill Set
- Bring passion and several years of experience in talent and performance management, learning and development, leadership, culture development, and change management.
- Demonstrate proactivity, agility, and strong project management skills.
- Possess strategic thinking and excellent stakeholder management skills, driving change from a business perspective.
- Showcase strong influencing, relationship, and communication skills to navigate the complexity of a professional service firm; adept at facilitating interventions with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in working with and interpreting data, demonstrating the business impact of your work and the team's contributions; have a strong affinity for technology.
