UCCX App Support Engineer

1.    Experience: 2 years

2.    Location: Mumbai

Skills:
1.    BE/BTech in EC/CS with 2 years of relevant work experience
2.    Programming skills on c/c++ / java / javascript
3.    Use of API testing tool like Postman / SoapUI
4.    Work experience in Contact Center technology like, ACD, IVR, CTI is preferred
5.    Work experience in UCCX scripting and Finesse customization is added advantage
6.    Understanding of Networking technology and working with database system is preferred
 

Job Description & Responsibility:

1. L1-level support for the Cisco UCCX PS-Apps ecosystem.
2. Strong understanding of IVR scripts.
3. Proficiency in ServiceNow integration with Finesse CTI.
4. Perform regular system health checks.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to IVR scripts and Finesse integration.
