As a Microsoft Elevate Partner Solution Specialist (PSS) for Cloud & AI (C&AI), we are looking for someone with channel and Microsoft cloud knowledge to drive sales execution with key reseller partners in United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, and France.
In this high-impact role, you’ll work with partners to drive Microsoft Azure business via the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), and utilising Microsoft customer and partner investment programs. You’ll work with partners to drive engagement, support in competitive situations, manage pipeline, and work with customers directly where necessary to support outcomes that boost sales and adoption which help drive their missions.
You’ll be responsible for your activity and results but, will be part of an experienced and collaborative, purpose-driven team focused on scaling impact through partner-led growth, customer acquisition, and cloud workload expansion. Your work will include partner planning, partner marketing and sales engagement, and co-operation and partnership with the Elevate customer marketing and sales teams.
This role blends sales delivery, channel engagement, technical expertise, and collaborative execution—empowering you to help customers streamline operations and unlock new ways of working through Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions.

Responsibilities
Partner Strategy and Business Planning
- Define and engage with a core set of solution area alligned partners to engage reactively and proactively on Elevate opportunities through our marketing and sales teams, across the core geographies.
- Develop and execute marketing plans with key partners to drive proactive engagement into the geographies. Identifying ways to reach our market, and driving plans to execute.
- Lead weekly coaching and update calls with focus partners to progress opportunities, ensuring effective use of programmatic investments, and tackling blockers or opportunities swiftly.
Sales and Marketing Execution
- Drive key marketing and sales activities with partners, including MCI Investments and workshops, partner-led events or affiliate engagements.
- Utilise Elevate customer demand generation engines to support partner-led outreach and engagement. Feedback to marketing and sales teams to improve quality and volumes.
Channel Development and Enablement
- Coach partners to articulate cloud benefits to customers, increasing grant and paid subscription usage, and reducing engagement friction.
- Support channel team peers with understanding of your solution area focus, enabling them to help position your solution area more broadly through our channel partners in region.
- Act as the local SMB Nonprofit Solution Area expert, Explore/Identify new ways to scale the solution area focus within region, identify the partner eco-system to drive C&AI especially on Data and AI, collaborate with others in the channel team to ensure we can reach the widest audience.
Performance Management and Reporting
- Manage monthly reporting cycles to provide forecast by country, capturing insights and presenting asks that inform future investments.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Informatics), Business/Economics (Sales), or related field
- Extensive experience in core sales, Cloud Solution Provider program engagement, channel sales, and SMB business development.
- Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure, Cloud & AI. With proven ability to articulate value to customers from infrastructure migration to data & AI conversations.
- Proven ability to manage virtual teams across multiple geographies and functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong sales experience engaging with partner and customer
- Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills.
- Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with experience in budget planning and procurement.
- Inclusive and collaborative leadership style, driving cross-team alignment.
- English speaking with business proficiency in additional languages like Dutch, German, and French
