Chase is seeking a highly effective and innovative experienced Product Manager to support the end-to-end international payments innovation roadmap.

This role will serve as the strategic and execution lead for cross-border payments strategy and innovation. You should be highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced in product delivery and technical execution, including a history of supporting successful product releases and leading digital transformation at scale. You will bring a deep understanding of the full product lifecycle, and use data-driven approach to drive decision making and improve performance across key metrics.

You should have a heart for designing frictionless, user-centric products, be process and controls oriented, and be capable of managing product features from conception to implementation. You must demonstrate flexibility to adapt to internal and focused market forces, and bringing a global perspective to a fast-evolving digital product ecosystem.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead the cross-border payments customer experience leveraging innovative solutions like blockchain technology and digital assets
  • Drive the development and implementation of new international remittance features from ideation to completion
  • Lead large scale cross-functional workstreams, including teams across Tech, Design, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations, in the prioritization and development of product features
  • Conduct product reviews, strategy sessions with leadership, performance assessments, and use data based decision-making to influence the roadmap
  • Drive execution, deployment, and continuous refinement of customer-facing capabilities across multiple digital and non-digital channels
  • Provide input on the product’s business metrics, including OKRs, and ensure alignment with both customer needs and business goals
  • Manage internal risk and compliance review processes to support launch and ensure a strong control environment
  • Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and be willing to take controlled risks to achieve results
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5-8 years product development experience
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) for complex, large-scale initiatives across retail and high-net-worth segments
  • Strong ability to analyze opportunities, build business cases, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively (both verbal and written) to all levels of management
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Experience managing an established book of work with complex delivery items
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Master’s degree in product or analytics-related fields 
  • Product experience in the payments or financial industry
  • Established understanding of blockchain technology and traditional international payment rails
  • Experience leading high-performing product or strategy teams 
  • Knowledge of control and compliance framework related to payments
