As our next B2B Sales Specialist, you’ll help expand our network of tour operators, MICE specialists, and travel agencies — working closely with cross-functional teams to make every journey take off successfully.

How Will It Be To Work With Us?
- Connect with our partners – Be the go-to contact for our tour operators, MICE specialists, and travel agencies, building genuine, long-term relationships that go beyond business.
- Make group trips happen – Coordinate every detail, from the first request to the final booking, working hand in hand with our Revenue team to deliver seamless group experiences.
- Keep things running smoothly – Maintain organized files, clear processes, and up-to-date reports to keep operations efficient and easy to navigate.
- Spot new opportunities – Analyze client activity and market trends to identify fresh ways to grow group sales and strengthen partnerships.
- Bring in new business – Reach out to potential partners, showcase what Volotea can offer, and help expand our B2B network into exciting new markets.
- Support the sales buzz – Get involved in marketing campaigns, calls, and client outreach that keep our sales engine energized and our brand top of mind.

What Will Make You Succeed In This Position:
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience — ideally in the travel or airline industry.
- Degree in Business or Tourism.
- Fluency in French and English; Spanish and/or Italian are strong pluses.
- A proactive, positive attitude — energetic, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced role.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- An international mindset — comfortable working across cultures and teams.
