Job responsibilities
- Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
- Collaborate with the Power Platform Product Manager to engage stakeholders and define user requirements, stories, and value realization
- Support the development and execution of the Power Platform strategy and roadmap
- Collect and analyze metrics on Microsoft Power Platform performance and usage within JPMC to inform decision-making and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate feature requests that address user needs and align with product strategy, security & risk standards, and business needs
- Participate in product planning sessions and Agile ceremonies, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful feature delivery
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they have a clear understanding of Power Platform functionalities and best practices
- Support the development of product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials, to facilitate knowledge sharing and support end user adoption
- Program manage technical delivery of key projects
- Experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
- Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
