Role Description:

As the Payments Test Integration & Implementation Lead - Vice President within the Payments Technology team, you will manage the delivery of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) product to the Payments businesses, ensuring new software features meet business requirements and deliver a seamless client experience. You will support senior leadership with strategic planning, communications, and operational effectiveness, leveraging your deep understanding of the Payments Domains and software testing methods.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Executes the comprehensive User Acceptance Testing Product Delivery strategy for the Payments businesses, through proactive engagement with Product, Operations and other key stakeholder groups 
  • Takes a customer-first view, which ties back to how the product impacts customer groups
  • Coaches test execution teams on driving best practices including communications, continuous improvement, business requirement validation and challenge, and comprehensive end-to-end test design
  • Develops and syndicates recommendations to technology and program teams to accelerate change
  • Builds and owns the strategy for key success metrics to track: testing health, customer satisfaction, lower environment uplift & automation / digitization roadmap progress; delivers these metrics to leadership

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:

  • Deep level experience and understanding of the Payments business and its Technology architecture, including various types of payment flow processing, cash management and account / liquidity services 
  • Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across various levels of the organization and to work collaboratively in teams, developing meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  • Able to demonstrate prior experience of working in highly matrixed and complex organizations, while delivering value at scale
  • Expert level knowledge of, and proficiency in, MS Office suite
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Experienced in Agile methodology
  • Keen understanding of financial control and budget management processes
  • Able to work comfortably & confidently under pressure within tight timeframes, actively driving and contributing to meetings with colleagues and functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:

  • Post Graduate/ MBA (or Bachelor degree with at least 8+ years of relevant experience) preferred
  • Deep Automation and Test Management exposure (minimum 6+ years)
  • Experience in a business to business (B2B), software as a service (SaaS), or technology environment
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position, with thorough understanding of project / program management techniques and tools
