 We’re a brand defined by ambition, innovation, and a passion for sports, and we’re seeking a Sportsbook Commercial Manager to lead the commercial performance of our digital sportsbook to new heights. This is a critical role for a strategic and analytical leader who can deliver results and shape the future of our digital betting experience.

What You’Ll Lead

You’ll ensure delivery of our Digital Sportsbook strategy, working alongside the Head of Sportsbook to achieve our Gross Profit Target.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and implementing long-term strategy: collaborating with the Head of Sportsbook and stakeholders to define the future vision of the Digital Sportsbook.
  • Owning and executing individual strategies: for each core Sportsbook product.
  • Owning and sharing our messaging hierarchy and mass market promotional plans on a BAU and also key event basis.
  • Establishing KPI targets: working with Trading Heads for each sport product and key events, sharing insights with the wider business.
  • Managing and prioritizing the Sportsbook BI backlog: driving data-driven insights and commercial focus.

You’Ll Be Accountable For:

  • Delivering the ‘half-yearly’ Sportsbook Key Initiatives: ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Compiling weekly reports against the Sportsbook Budget and Commercial Objectives. Constantly sharing commercial insights that drive action for growth.
  • Conducting commercial and analytical reviews: of key events to optimize performance.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Sportsbook Campaign Manager: to create cost-effective, compelling promotions and share insights on ATL promotions like price boosts and free bet offers.
  • Partnering with Product teams, you will act as the lead commercial stakeholder for product, consulting on new products and features to drive compelling customer propositions.

What We’Re Looking For:

We need a commercial leader with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for digital sports betting:

  • Proven experience in sportsbook management, with a focus on digital platforms and commercial performance (betting and gaming sector experience is essential).
  • Highly analytical and strategic: skilled in driving insights and communicating commercial priorities.
  • Strong collaborator: able to work with Trading Heads, Product teams, and Customer Engagement to deliver results.
  • Commercially focused: experienced in setting and achieving KPI targets and budgets.
  • Detail-oriented multi-tasker: capable of managing multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of UK and Irish gambling regulations: particularly their impact on digital operations.
