Student Assistant (Master Data Team)
About The Role:
As a Student Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the integration between HR and Financial systems and ensuring our internal documentation remains clear and up to date. You will work closely with both the Workday and Master Data teams to help maintain data accuracy and improve user experience.
- Maintaining and monitoring manual integration processes between HR and Financial systems
- Assisting in the creation and regular updates of system guides and documentation for managers
- Collaborating with the Workday and Master Data teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives
- Performing ad hoc tasks as requested by the Team Leader
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Available to work approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Excel
- A good communicator with a collaborative, team-player mindset
- Detail-oriented
- Curious and eager to learn and optimise systems integration
