SAP Senior Functional Analyst

Job Description

• Develop, implement, standardize, and maintain commission plans in collaboration with the sales operation’s leaders and finance teams.
• Ensure commission plans align with business objectives, sales goals, and industry best practices.
• Regularly review and update commission plans to account for changes in business strategies and market conditions.
• Validate and reconcile commission data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP Commission.
• Expert knowledge in writing packages/procedure using Oracle PL/SQL
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in Report system design (Webi/Crystal Reports/Power BI/Embedded Analytics)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to commission-related systems and processes.
• Experience in SAP HANA will be an added advantage.
• Understands the data model in SAP Commission
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed.
