Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture and 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
- 5 years of experience in delivering and developing customer-facing services with Data and AI programs.
- 2 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
- Experience working with recommendation engines, data pipelines, or distributed machine learning.
- Experience in consulting or technical consulting in a customer-facing role, with results working with a variety of different types of customers, engineers, and businesses.
- Experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering, technical consulting with knowledge in architecting and rolling out new technology and solution initiatives.
- Knowledge of other AI frameworks, products, or solutions such as TensorFlow.
- Ability to lead and organize the design and implementation of AI-based custom developed cloud solutions.

The Strategic Partnerships, Delivery, and Innovation team in Google Cloud have two priorities - Engineering Incubation and Customer Incubation. The team is involved in engineering experimentation and customer innovation using the latest AI products to help customers solve problems with Generative AI. Responsibilities
- Provide data-driven management and work in a changing environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Google Cloud AI teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales, professional services, learning, etc.).
- Discuss functional, technical, and basic commercial topics with customer stakeholders (e.g., developers, line managers) and empathize, shape, and influence them.
- Work with customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor and provide guidance on critical solution decisions.
- Collaborate on setting the strategic direction of the GSD practices in EMEA, work with Account Teams, and Sales to ensure strategic alignment with customer needs and coordinated execution.
