Are you a strategic, commercially driven leader with a passion for operational excellence and business growth? Acacium Group are seeking an exceptional Operations Director to lead our Pulse Doctors and Pulse AHP businesses, two of the most respected names in healthcare staffing.

You will play a pivotal role in driving performance, profitability and service excellence across both brands. Working alongside the Managing Director, you will lead high-performing teams, strengthen customer relationships and ensure we continue to deliver outstanding solutions to the NHS and private healthcare sectors.

Everyday You Will...

  • Provide inspiring leadership and direction across Pulse Doctors and Pulse AHP, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion and high-performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring profitability, efficiency and quality service delivery across both brands.
  • Manage P&L accountability and deliver sustained gross margin and EBITDA growth through effective forecasting and cost control.
  • Partner with the Managing Director to deliver strategic business plans and five-year growth plans.
  • Build, develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team – setting clear goals, coaching for success and driving engagement.
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with healthcare partners, including the NHS, private hospitals and local authorities.
  • Lead business development initiatives, identifying new market opportunities and expanding our footprint across medical and allied health professions.
  • Champion innovation, adopting new technologies and ways of working to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Represent both brands with professionalism and integrity, building strong connections across the wider Acacium Group and the healthcare community.

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at senior levels.
