Renewals Negotiator

At KFH we are looking for a Renewals Negotiator to join our Lettings Renewals team in Wimbledon.

What’S The Role?

As a Renewals Negotiator, you’ll manage your own portfolio and work closely with landlords, tenants, and our branch network to secure tenancy renewals that deliver the best outcomes for our clients. You’ll use your negotiation skills and market knowledge to agree renewal terms, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards of customer service throughout the process.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Producing renewal letters and contacting tenants and landlords ahead of tenancy expiry
• Researching market conditions and advising landlords on renewal terms
• Negotiating tenancy renewals and managing documentation through our RADAR system
• Ensuring compliance with legislation including EICR, EPC, and HMO licensing
• Executing tenancy agreements and managing rent payments
• Handling deposit returns and serving Section 21 notices when required
• Identifying opportunities to retain tenants and convert services
• Providing guidance on housing legislation and company policies
• Meeting weekly and monthly targets and maintaining accurate records

What can you bring to the role?

• Experience in a renewals or lettings role within residential property
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals
• Confidence in advising on housing legislation and compliance
• ARLA Level 1 or NFOPP qualification
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
• IT literacy including Word, Excel, and CRM systems
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage pressure
• A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering great service
