Infrastructure and Data Consultant, Global Services Delivery (English, Arabic)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in networking, compute infrastructure (e.g. servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers) and architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments.
• 5 years of experience in delivering and developing customer-facing services with Cloud adoption and Cloud Migration programs.
• Experience in one or more of the following such as Networking, DevOps, Security, Compute, Storage, Hadoop, Kubernetes, or SRE.
• Experience in technical consulting or project, program management in corporate IT, professional IT services, or product development.
• Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support client relationship in this region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager) for automated infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Experience with deployment and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc.) in production environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and customer bases, collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing migrations, encompassing service discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations.
• Experience with reading software code in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Javascript, or Python).

As a Platforms and Infrastructure Cloud Consultant, you will work directly with Google’s customers on infrastructure projects that transform business. You will provide consulting, program management, and technical expertise on customer engagements, while working with client executives and key technical leaders to deploy solutions on Google Cloud Platform. Responsibilities

• Partner with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful implementations of cloud solutions becoming a trusted advisor to decision makers throughout the engagement.
• Design solution architectures and manage the deployment of cloud-based distributed virtualized infrastructure solutions according to customer requirements and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with internal specialists, Product, and Engineering teams to package approaches, best practices, and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
• Co-ordinate with Sales, Partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks and issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time for client engagements.
