Description:

The Vice President of Finance will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the organization. With a strong focus on FP&A, the VP of Finance will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial modeling to enable profitable growth and long-term enterprise value.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with Augeo’s finance leadership, this leader will provide the insights, discipline, and operational rigor needed to ensure BN’s financial health and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (Fp&A):

• Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning processes; deliver accurate, timely forecasts and variance analyses.
• Build robust financial models and scenario planning tools to evaluate growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including performance vs. plan, KPIs, and actionable insights for the executive team and Board.

Strategic & Operational Finance:

• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and support business initiatives, product expansion, and geographic growth.
• Provide data-driven recommendations that balance growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to align financial goals with business strategy.
• Support treasury, cash flow management, and capital planning in collaboration with Augeo's finance leadership.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead a high-performing Finance team that promotes accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Enhance financial literacy across the organization by making financial insights accessible and actionable.
• Drive adoption of financial tools, automation, and reporting improvements to streamline processes and improve accuracy.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Augeo on shared financial processes, reporting, and integration.
• Support audit readiness, internal controls, and risk management.
• Lead the company’s annual financial audit and ensure timely completion in coordination with external auditors.
• Oversee income and sales tax compliance, working closely with external tax advisors to ensure accuracy and adherence to all regulations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior FP&A or finance leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in financial planning, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated success scaling finance functions within a high-growth or multi-entity company.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and partner cross-functionally.
• Hands-on experience with financial systems and business intelligence tools.

Pay Rate:

$150,000-$190,000 Base Salary
