About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Test Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced, Agile development environment. As a Software Test Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases—both manual and automated—to ensure the reliability, performance, and overall quality of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams including developers, product owners, project managers, and DevOps engineers to identify issues early, validate user stories, and continuously improve testing processes.

• As Software Test Analyst, you would be part of a cross-functional team including experts in product engineering, product management, transaction management, client onboarding, AI-driven analytics, and platform engineering.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design and execute test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Conduct performance, regression, and integration testing using automated pipelines.
• Perform manual and automated testing of applications, including regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Maintain detailed and organized test documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on new testing tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
