Claims Administration Senior Officer (Multiple openings)

Role Summary

We are looking for great talents who share our values to join us in supporting our B2B and B2C business growth. This role will be perfect for detail-minded and meticulous claims admin professionals who would want to broaden their scope and gain hands-on experience in claims assessment.

About The Role

You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Handle claims administrative support duties in claims areas
• Prepare regular reports
• Participate in projects of system enhancement

You will also receive training and gain hands-on experience in claims assessment (~30% of the responsibility).

About You

You are a meticulous individual with strong attention to details who take pride in producing highly accurate and organized work, and possess:

• Currently based in Hong Kong 
• 2+ years of experience in claims administration in medical / health insurance
• Strong Chinese and English skills (read/write)
• Organized and can work under pressure
• Independent, self-motivated, a good team player, and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving capability
• Good PC skills in MS Words and EXCEL
• Prior experience in other insurance support functions, such as policy admin, will be preferred.
