Job Description
Provides first line Audio Visual support at meetings, presentations and Audio/Visual conferences for assigned sites.
Job Responsibility
- Provides first line tactical AV support at meetings, presentations, and Video/Audio conferences.
- Sets up, supports, and dismantles meeting, presentations, and conferences.
- Sets up daily ground video conference between sites.
- Creates, distributes, and collects departmental supply of AV equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, cables, cords, etc. Maintains global AV standards and polices.
- Interfaces with television and phone vendors regarding AV projects, including site surveys and other requests for information.
- Instructs end-users in proper utilization of AV equipment ensuring useful longevity of equipment.
- Guides end-users through the facility and equipment limitations and provides best alternative solutions when issues arise.
- Keeps current on AV technologies and techniques.

Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
