Job Description

Provides input into the use of technology and definition of architectural approaches applied within software solutions to meet the health system's long-term requirements. Develops and implements solutions and model architecture based on business requirements. Coordinates with team members to execute planning, design and architect phases of software or hardware product development.

Job Responsibility

1.Assists development teams in the appropriate selection and use of technical frameworks, platforms, and design patterns.
2.Develops and implements solutions and model architecture based on business requirements.
3.Creates specification and design for all application projects and integration related projects.
4.Leads collective groups, identifies requirements, analyzes and documents solution options and gains consensus on requirements and data models.
5.Facilitates and leads joint design sessions with applications representatives to identify desired functionality for data models and database designs.
6.Provides guidance on ways to standardize database development, design and reuse data integration flows.
7.Responsible for the design of end-to-end solutions and provides technical leadership for the associated solution validation tests.
8.Responsible for the delivery of well designed and engineered solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.
9.Implements best practices for technical deliverables.
10.Provides in-depth technical knowledge and guidance to support solution implementation to ensure that solution specifications are met.
11.Advises on future solution enhancements.
12.Serves as the subject matter expert on all projects for clinical and non-clinical systems, models, and designs.
13.Leads and conducts proof-of-concept tests to solve complex integration issues.
14.Supports day to day technical control of the development projects by assisting Project Management in planning technical aspects of projects; providing regular updates on project status.
15.Performs detailed technical reviews to ensure design components are correctly implemented.

Job Qualification

·Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
·10+ years of relevant experience, required.
