JOB TITLE: Lead Consultant-D365 SCM Managed Services

JOB SUMMARY:
A Lead Consultant at Argano is an experienced professional in the consulting family who provides expert advice and analysis in their field of proficiency. They lead activities related to their field of proficiency with clients and lead project management responsibilities related to their field of proficiency. They are responsible for delivering quality work independently on mid-size to large client projects and leading the activities of other consultants on project. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology and information systems. They are mentors to other consultants and lead the activities of consultants in complicated workstreams to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction. They model excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team

Job Responsibilities:

•  Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Production Control.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze existing business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and system design.
• Design and configure complex Dynamics 365 SCM solutions based on industry best practices and client-specific requirements.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and completeness during system transitions.
• Perform system testing, create test plans, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) phases to validate system functionality and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
• Stay current with the latest updates and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
• Proven track record of leading multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 SCM implementations, from requirements gathering through to deployment and support.
• In-depth functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 SCM modules and integration points with other Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Sales).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (optional but preferred)
