We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction engineering functions across assigned disciplines.
About The Role:
- Lead work teams in the field, fostering collaboration and verifying subcontractor claims to keep everyone aligned and accountable.
- Champion safety and quality on-site by proactively managing risks and ensuring every structure meets top standards.
- Drive project progress by tracking daily productivity, controlling costs, and keeping programs on schedule for seamless delivery.
- Master procurement and finance systems, making sure every purchase follows governance requirements and supports project goals.
- Stay ahead of the curve by updating your skills, completing competency reviews, and applying the latest industry standards and innovations.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- On-site experience in civil engineering or construction.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to create and manage critical path networks and production charts.
- Knowledge of safety legislation, Australian Standards, and contract management.
