Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly and efficient manner
• Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and courtesy
• Operate hotel shuttle services to transport guests to and from designated locations within the area
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle and report any maintenance issues
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
• Support other front desk duties such as answering phones, processing payments, and administrative tasks

Skills And Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of local area attractions and transportation routes is a plus
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not required
