As Team Leader, you'll bring together your love of hospitality to create a space where customers can relax before they need to fly. You'll help lead from the front, creating a welcoming space where great service and style set the tone. With a focus on delivering memorable customer experiences, you'll help operations run smoothly and to the highest standard. Help build strong connections with both the customer and the team to shape the culture of our exciting store!

The Role:

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Full-Time Cafe Team Leader to join our food & beverage team at Brisbane Airport. If you love being hands-on, thrive in a busy café environment, and want to help lead a great team – this is the opportunity for you.

*MUST be available for evenings - shifts are between 12:00pm to 11:00pm.

• What You’ll Do:
• ✅ Be a go-to leader – support your team to deliver excellent service
• ✅ Bring energy to every shift and create a great team vibe
• ✅ Ensure food & beverage standards are on point – quality, speed, and presentation
• ✅ Support stock management, hygiene, and compliance processes
• ✅ Train, coach, and motivate team members
• ✅ Maintain a positive, people-first culture

What We’re Looking For:
✈️ Previous experience in hospitality, food retail, or cafes
✈️ Have a car to commute as it is evening shifts to an airport environment
✈️ A valid RSA or willingness to obtain one
✈️ Understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices
✈️ Well-groomed & professionally presented 
✈️ Night owl is a must – availability to work a mixture of shifts but can be flexible for the right candidate
✈️ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
