What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Manager, Performance Reporting & Projects, responsible for planning, executing, and delivering initiatives that support the distribution business. The role will focus on systems implementation, process improvement, and operational efficiency, while also leading the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of performance reporting and business insights across the organization.

What are we expecting from this role?

  • Work with distribution stakeholders to collect, document and prioritize business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for IT and vendor teams.
  • Support the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensure sign-off.
  • Act as the primary liaison between distribution, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, TTTs and status updates with project teams and business leaders.
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth collaboration across functions.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with distribution teams.
  • Prepare Monthly/Quarterly reports and develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks to track business performance.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify performance drivers and support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks to track business performance.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent delivery of performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly salespersons' incentive and campaigns reports to align with cross-functional teams.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant industry or the insurance/financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex data.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link performance metrics to strategy.
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
