The Role:
Our Direct Care Coordinators develop, manage, and deliver optimised rosters for our Victorian workforce:
- First point of contact for Direct Care delivery staff, service brokerage providers and external agencies
- Provide timely and customised support to our aged care customers
- Rostering staff whilst considering customers unique service requirements and staff skills sets, operational efficiency and cost effectiveness

Skills And Experience:
- A positive can-do attitude with ability to engage with a range of customers and staff
- Demonstrated rostering capabilities (in aged care advantageous)
- Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Rostering systems Kronos (UKG), Alayacare, HumanForce or other rostering systemsIn Home Rostering knowledge highly regarded.
- Knowledge of the SCHADS award - desirable but not essential
