We have an incredible opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst.
A fleet and logistics manager oversees an organization's vehicles and transportation operations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and safe movement of goods and people. A fleet and logistics manager is a transportation and supply chain professional responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and supervision of all vehicle, driver, and freight movement activities. They are tasked with minimizing costs, maximizing productivity, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods from procurement to final delivery.
Requirements and Responsibilities – Company Fleet Management
- Procure (lease or purchase) and register new vehicles utilizing Enterprise Fleet services
- Manage insurance, GeoTabs, SunPass and maintenance registrations
- Monitor driver behavior using GEOTAB data to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Oversee regular vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime.
- Manage vehicle records and documentation related to inspections and servicing.
- Develop and enforce strict safety policies and procedures for drivers to minimize incidents and liability.
- Analyze fleet and driver performance data to implement improvements
- Develop KPIs and report on fleet performance, costs, and finances to upper management
Requirements and Responsibilities – Logistics and Transportation
- Manage logistics and materials needed in support of TFC’s marketing and construction growth.
- Manage supply chain processes using ERP Sitetracker/Salesforce and NetSuite systems.
- Execute company inventory processes to accurately track and process inventory movements and relay that information accurately to ERP system.
- Create, track and maintain Transfer Orders in NetSuite ERP system.
- Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
- Monitor inventory availability to ensure a high percentage of material in-stock and the ability to execute scopes of work without work stoppages.
- Create reporting that analyzes inventory availability, consumption, transfers, and locations.(If this role is going to be analyzing all aspects of the Supply Chain, should it be called Supply Chain Analyst and that should be listed above “Fleet Management” in responsibilities since it’s the more complex and crucial…)
- Develop KPIs to analyze and report logistics costs, on-time rates, supplier lead-times, carrier performance, transfer order status and other metrics as needed.
- Analyze distribution network and inter-facility transfer metrics to maximize efficiency
- Manage Packing List creation and execution process between Tillman Fiber and Suppliers for accurate record keeping and Packing List execution.
- Monitor all open POs until deliveries are completed and complete PO closeout process.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum Five (5) years of experience Construction Management (Telecom Preferred)
- Minimum Five (5) years of experience using Sitetracker, RFSmart, or Netsuite ERP tools.
- Must possess strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience collaborating with internal/external teams and vendors.
- Forward thinking and analytical skills.
- Effectively function in a fast paced and fast changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to identify and understand complex problems/issues and develop solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple commitments simultaneously.
- Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50lbs)
- Regular travel (approx. 25 %)throughout Florida as needed.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
