Are you a friendly, organized multitasker who loves making people smile? Timberline Orthodontics is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! Our practice is known for creating beautiful smiles and building lasting relationships with our patients and community — and we’re looking for someone who can help us make every visit feel exceptional from the moment patients walk in.

What You’Ll Do:

• Welcome patients and families with a warm, positive attitude 
• Manage check-in/check-out and schedule appointments efficiently 
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient communication 
• Verify insurance and update patient records accurately 
• Support the clinical and treatment teams with administrative needs 
• Maintain an organized, professional, and friendly front office environment 

What We’Re Looking For:

• Prior dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 
• A positive attitude and team-player mindset 
• Comfortable using dental/ortho software and general computer systems
