Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for an full-time Accountant to join our team in our Pipersville, PA headquarters. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of two years of general ledger and SAP experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
• Calculate and manage monthly accruals.
• Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
• Perform accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables.
• Provide appropriate accounting information to customers when needed.
• Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.
• Support outside accountants in conducting internal and external audits.
• Assist in tax preparation and filing activities.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and revenue accounts.
• Review financial reports to identify and explain variances.
• Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures.
• Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, preferred not required
• Two years experience in general ledger accounting
• Two years SAP experience is required
