About The Role

We are seeking a high-performance Engineering Manager with proven experience to lead a brand new Agentic AI Squad of Engineers/data scientists building Agentic AI capabilites at the core of all our tools.

What You'Ll Do

As an Engineering Manager, your daily workload might include:

• Hiring, leading, mentoring, and managing the best in class group of product Engineers, to build the best-in-class products within the AML/AF space, cultivating collaboration and innovation
• Providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career development for engineers
• Overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of our SaaS product, with Agentic AI front and Centre, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
• Collaborating with other stakeholders to create engineering objectives for your team that align with business goals
• Working closely with product teams to help steer both the functional and technical roadmap with focus on the end user
• Driving scalable architecture and design solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability of the SaaS product
• Ensuring best practices for coding, security, testing, and performance optimization are followed
• Staying updated with domain trends, technologies, promote its adoption across the tech stack and development process to drive innovation and efficiency
• Developing and implementing policies, standards, and procedures for your engineering team that empowers them to be high performing

Qualifications

• BS/MS from a top school in Computer Science or any related field
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, of which 5+ years managing teams, preferable B2B SaaS software
• Previous experience in AML or Fraud or Banking (Nice to have)
• Min of 1-2 years' experience with GEN AI/Agentic AI technologies building pilots or production ready systems
• Proven track record of managing and scaling cross functional engineering teams at speed
• Proven experience of creating a culture of data driven decision making
• Proven experience in collaborating in an organizational unit of several independent engineering teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven expertise in architecting and managing large-scale, complex distributed software systems
